Soda maker OEM & ODM · counter-top water dispensers

Soda maker OEM & ODM, from the factory that designs them.

We are a design house with a factory attached — not a factory with a catalogue attached. If you have a product in mind, we can start at the drawing.

Private label and contract manufacturing for counter-top water dispensers — the appliance your buyers already stock, with sparkling as the plus one. The machine is how their customer starts; the bottles, the CO₂ and the refills are how it keeps going. All of it — machines, bottles and gas — is made in our own 5,000 m² plant in Foshan, Guangdong. One contract, one factory, from drawing to container.

What we do

ODM

Take a platform we have already engineered — the mix-and-carbonate line (SHANG, SONG, SING, SHANG-2, EDGE, WALL-SERIES, SMARTZZI), the classics (G2, G3, SCARLETT), the dispenser (DRINKSIT) — and make it yours: colour, finish, logo, packaging, carton, manual, and the drinking experience you want to stand behind.

OEM

You bring the drawings or the brief. Our engineers take it to a production-ready product, or tell you honestly where it won’t work.

Private label

Your brand on the machine, the bottles, the capsules and the carton.

Custom moulds and tooling

New housings, new bottle formats, new mechanisms.

Packaging design and printing

Including silk-screen, printed in-house.

Certification support

We already hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BSCI, FCCA, SCS, FDA, LFGB, RoHS, TPED and DOT, and our team works with your compliance requirements for your market.

Two questions buyers ask us most have their own guide: which certificates importers ask for, and how to vet a soda maker factory.

OEM or ODM — the two words buyers mix up

They are not two words for the same thing, and the difference decides who owns the design and who pays for the tooling. Most projects here are a mix: a proven platform carrying your own housing, bottle or packaging.

ODM — we designed it OEM — you brought it
Who designs it Us. You choose from platforms we have already engineered and tooled You. Drawings, 3D or a brief — our engineers take it to production, or say honestly where it won’t work
What you get Your colour, finish, logo, carton, manual and bottle format on a working machine A product nobody else has — and the tooling cost that comes with it
Tooling Little or none: the moulds already exist New moulds. We agree who owns them before we start, not after
Best for A first range, a proven category, or a market test you want to run quickly A design you already own, or a mechanism nobody makes yet
Typical timeline Weeks to a sample, then production scheduling Prototypes in weeks; tooling and trials add months, depending on the part

Still deciding? We wrote the longer version of this comparison — OEM or ODM: which one do you actually need? — including the question that matters more than either word: who owns the tooling.

What we need from you to quote

Five things. Send them and you get a number and a schedule back — not a brochure. And you do not need all five to start: send what you know, and we will work through the rest with you.

  1. 01 The drink and the market. What gets carbonated — water only, or juice, coffee and cocktails? Which country does it ship to? That decides the certifications and the bottle, before it decides anything else.
  2. 02 Volume and price band. First order and a realistic annual figure. Both matter: a platform keeps tooling near zero, and a new mould only makes sense once the volume will carry it.
  3. 03 How far you want to customise. Colour and logo only? A new housing? A new mechanism? The answers sit in three different price brackets and three different timelines.
  4. 04 The certificates your market requires. Tell us early. If the documents already exist for the platform you are adapting, that saves weeks — if they have to be generated for your product, that time belongs in your launch plan.
  5. 05 Your timeline, your packaging, and who carries the refills. When you need it on shelf; whether the carton artwork is yours or ours; and who looks after the cylinders and spares once the machines are sold. We will tell you if the date is not realistic.

Not sure about all five? Most first-time buyers are not. Send the two or three you do know and mark the rest as open — we will quote a range and tighten it as you decide. The only thing that really slows a project down is not saying which parts are still undecided.

If you would rather see the machines first: 16 model lines, how a drawing becomes a delivered unit, and the patent list.

How we work

  1. 01 Brief Tell us the drink, the market, the price band and the volume you have in mind.
  2. 02 Concept & feasibility We come back with options, including the honest ones: what is easy, what is expensive, what won’t work.
  3. 03 Design & prototyping Drawings, 3D, and samples in your colours.
  4. 04 Tooling & trial production We build the tooling and run trials until quality is repeatable, not lucky.
  5. 05 Mass production & shipping Inspection, packing, and the export documentation your market needs.

Why clients stay

One of the reasons is public: a global smart-appliance brand asked us to put sparkling water behind a refrigerator door. Read that case study →

Your product never passes through a third party.

The team that draws it is the team that makes it.

We hold our own patents.

The mechanism you are buying is ours to stand behind.

We can ship the gas with the machine.

One carton, TPED and DOT certified. Most suppliers can’t do this at all — and it is usually the part of a carbonation project that catches people out.

We’ve done it before.

For markets in North America, Northern Europe, Japan, Korea and Oceania.

Questions we get first

→ What is the difference between OEM and ODM for a soda maker?

ODM means you start from a machine we have already engineered — SHANG, SONG, SING, SHANG-2, EDGE, WALL-SERIES, SMARTZZI, G2, G3, SCARLETT or DRINKSIT — and make it yours: colour, finish, logo, packaging and the drinking experience. OEM means you bring the drawings or the brief and our engineers take it to a production-ready product. Most projects here are ODM with OEM elements: a proven platform carrying your own housing, bottle or packaging.

→ What is your MOQ?

It depends on the platform and how far you want to customise. Tell us the project and we will give you a straight number.

→ Can you build a machine that carbonates juice or wine?

Yes. It is what SING and SONG were built for.

→ Who owns the tooling?

We will set this out clearly in the agreement before we start. We would rather agree it early than argue about it later.

→ Can we visit?

Yes — in person in Foshan, or over video if that is easier.

→ How long does a project take?

Prototypes take weeks. Tooling and mass production depend on the part. You get a schedule with the quote, not after it.
