How we work
From a drawing to a delivered unit.
Anyone can show you a render. The hard part is everything after it — the parts that have to be made, tested, packed and shipped. That is the part we do ourselves, under one roof, in Foshan.
Four stages, in this order.
Every project runs through the same four stages. Skipping any one of them is how a product ends up looking fine in a photograph and failing on a worktop.
Structure first
Before anything looks like a product it has to work. We set the mechanism and the pressurised path, then let the appearance grow around it — not the other way round.
Drawings a factory can build from
Every part is released with its own drawing, tolerance callout and material — 2D and 3D/STEP, the same files whether your factory or ours makes it.
Prototypes you can test
We build working samples and measure them. Multi-station life-cycle rigs run continuously in our own workshop before anything is released.
Tooling, trial, volume
Moulds, fixtures, trial runs, first-article checks — then production on the same line that builds our own machines.
Who owns the drawing
On an ODM project the design and the files belong to the brand — that is the arrangement we work under, and it is why brands bring us products they cannot afford to get wrong.
We do not hold a design hostage to keep a production order. If you later move manufacturing elsewhere, the drawings go with you.
What you receive
- 2D + 3D files
Drawings and STEP/IGES files for every part, not only the outer shell.
- Prototype units
Working samples for customer trials — three or more during development.
- Tooling + first article
Mould records and first-article reports before volume starts.
- Production units
Two 100% high-pressure inspections per machine; 2 MPa burst test per bottle batch.
Why we can show you drawings.
The drawings on this page are from our own granted patents, on public record at CNIPA — not a customer's product. We hold 60 granted patents (56 still in force) across 4° and our factory, MIA, and you can download the full list from this site.
That is also the honest limit of what we can publish: a client's drawings are theirs. If you want to see how we would draw your product, that conversation starts under NDA — which, for what it is worth, is a good sign.
Have a product that has to actually ship?
Send us the brief, the constraints and the date. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner for it.
