Samples
Before you ask for a sample.
Samples are charged at cost.
We don’t send free samples. A sample machine is a real unit off the line, tested the same way as a production unit — it costs what it costs.
Freight is on your account.
Shipping, duty and any local charges are paid by you (freight collect). We will quote them before anything ships, so there is no surprise at the other end.
Credited against your first order.
Place a production order and we credit the sample cost against it. You end up paying for the goods, not for the evaluation.
